Cooking Instructions:- DEEP FRY:- > Heat Oil in a large deep pan or wok (200 c) >> To tesst oil, gently drop a piece of papad in the oil, if it starts to expand and bubble immediately the oil is hot enough. >>> Gently drop papad one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. >>>> Take out the papad within 3 seconds (papad turns an even golden crisp) >>>>> Place the papad upright on a serviette to drain excess of oil and serve. GRILL / BBQ > Place under a hot grill >> Cook until the papad turns an even golden crisp MICROWAVE > Lightly brush one side of the papad with low fat oil. >> Place one papad at a time on paper towel, then Microwave for approximately 60-90 seconds.
