MDH Karahi Paneer Masala 100G Ingredinets: Coriander, red chilli, turmeric, cumin, salt, garlic flakes, fenugreek leaves, cassia, dry ginger, Nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, mace,fenugreek seeds. How to prepare: In a deep heavy base pan or karahi, heat 60g cooking oil, fry 100g coarsely chopped red onions till light golden, Add 120g cubed tomatoes, 30g juliennes of green capsicum, 15-20g karahi panner masala and stir fry for 154mins, cut 300g paneer into small cubes, and mix with the onion tomato paste, Add little water, check salt, dress with mashed leaves, kasoori methi leaves, and lemon juice, serve 2-3persons.
